The goal was to not only score some solid data on the new car and add points toward the IMSA championship, but to also learn as much as the tough old track would offer about the sleek new Audi. Building on what the team knew from testing, Compass360 Racing was able to add to its database through the Sebring event’s practice sessions leading up into the Microsoft Visual Studios 150 with the No. 75 AERO Advanced Paint Technology/Children’s Tumor Foundation Audi S3.

(16 March 2015) – The IMSA Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge stages Round 2 of the 2015 championship at Sebring International Raceway this weekend and Kyle Gimple is eager to get underway. He and his Compass360 Racing co-driver Paul Holton will debut the team’s Audi S3 at the 3.74-mile airport circuit located about 90 miles south of Orlando, Florida. The move is a significant change for the championship-caliber Compass360 Racing squad, which has long been synonymous with Hondas and victory lane.
Daytona Beach, Fla. (23 January 2015) – Kyle Gimple drove to a top-10 finish at the famous Daytona International Speedway on Friday as he and Compass360 Racing co-driver Paul Holton took seventh in the BMW Performance 200 on Friday. The No. 75 Honda Performance Development/Children’s Tumor Foundation Honda Civic Si was the top-finishing Honda in the 2.5-hour event which opened up the 2015 IMSA Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge season. Gimple, who now takes on the role of closing driver in 2015, watched on from the pit lane as Holton took the green flag from ninth on the grid. Holton ran among the top-10 throughout the opening stint before pitting to hand the car over to Gimple to anchor to the finish.

(19 January 2015) – Kyle Gimple closed out the 2014 race season in a big way when he won the final two IMSA Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge races of the year and also scored the pole position in the season-finale event at Road Atlanta. Now, as the 2015 IMSA Championship kicks off at Daytona International Speedway this weekend, Gimple is ready to return to his winning ways with Compass360 Racing.
Willows, Calif. (8 December 2014) – Kyle Gimple was back in race action over the weekend as he took part in his fifth 25 Hours of Thunderhill event at Thunderhill Raceway Park in California. He and his Lowe Group Racing team persevered through the longest endurance race in the United States to finish sixth in class after 25 grueling hours of hard racing.
