(23 January 2015) – Kyle Gimple drove to a top-10 finish at the famous Daytona International Speedway on Friday as he and Compass360 Racing co-driver Paul Holton took seventh in the BMW Performance 200 on Friday. The No. 75 Honda Performance Development/Children’s Tumor Foundation Honda Civic Si was the top-finishing Honda in the 2.5-hour event which opened up the 2015 IMSA Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge season. Gimple, who now takes on the role of closing driver in 2015, watched on from the pit lane as Holton took the green flag from ninth on the grid. Holton ran among the top-10 throughout the opening stint before pitting to hand the car over to Gimple to anchor to the finish.

He and his Lowe Group Racing team persevered through the longest endurance race in the United States to finish sixth in class after 25 grueling hours of hard racing.

(2 December 2014) – Though the IMSA Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge (CTSCC) off season is in full swing, driver Kyle Gimple will return to the seat of a racecar this weekend as he has been tabbed to compete in the 11th running of the 25 Hours of Thunderhill. The National Auto Sport Association (NASA) sanctioned endurance race marks Gimple’s fifth time participating in the event held at Thunderhill Raceway Park in northern California.
